Concrete manufacturer, CPA firm expand in Fair Lawn
Real Estate brokerage firm Pagano Company recently announced it negotiated two lease expansions in Fair Lawn with ULMA Form Works Inc. and Bushoven & Company CPAs.
Richard Abdy from Emily Abdy Realty Group represented ULMA Form Works, who first moved to 16-00 Route 208 South, Fair Lawn, from Hawthorne on Jan. 1. Nikki Pagano from Pagano Companyrepresented the landlord in the transaction.
ULMA Form Works designs, manufactures and distributes concrete formworks for residential, institutional, industrial, energy and heavy civil projects.
Bushoven & Company CPAs moved to the property in 2015 and has since expanded its operations.
“Meeting new companies and learning about their business operations is an exciting part of my job,” Pagano said. “But seeing existing companies that I have worked with expand within a few years shows excellent growth in the market.”
The property, 16-00 Route 208 South, is a three-story office building located near the Fair Lawn Promenade.

Pagano Co. brokers lease with law firm in Glen Rock

A law firm is set to occupy 1,750 square feet at a Glen Rock office building, following a lease arranged by brokers with Pagano Co.
The real estate services firm announced the lease with Stratton Stepp LLP at 55 Harristown Road, a 35,000-square-foot building off Route 208. The deal brings the multitenant building to 100 percent occupancy.
The lead real estate agents on the transaction were Nikki Pagano and Colin Schmitt.
“It’s a busy area for businesses that want (New York City) access without having to be in the city all the time,” Pagano said. “I work with a lot of companies who are locally owned, like Pagano Company, that live in Bergen County and want a higher quality of life by not having to commute for hours on end to get to their place of business.”
Stratton Stepp is slated to move into the building on Oct. 1.

Humdingers, an entertainment venue, is opening in Paramus. - (PAGANO CO.)
Commercial real estate firm Pagano Co.announced it has arranged the leasing of 33,000 square feet in Paramus on behalf of Humdingers.
The tenant turned the space, which was at one point an industrial warehouse, into an entertainment facility just off Route 17. The facility includes bowling alleys, batting cages, arcade games and a café.
“This transformation of space usage is amazing. Humdingers is a great addition to the landscape of Paramus’ long history of community-oriented entertainment for families and friends,” Nikki Pagano of Pagano Co. said.
With the addition of Humdingers, the property at 64 E. Midland Ave., Paramus, will be at full occupancy.
